On Dec 2, the global connector giant Amphenol revealed  a $715 million deal  to takeover Halo Technology Limited.

It is reported that the Halo is headquartered in California, the major business in North America and Europe, is a communication infrastructure suppliers of active and passive fiber optic interconnect components, expecting sales value to 250 million in 2021.
